70+/- ACRE FARM
OLDER 3 B/R, 1 BATH HOME
SELLING IN ONE TRACT
PERSONAL PROPERTY
If you are looking for a farm large enough to earn some income, yet small enough to manage in your spare time and close to all things Bowling Green, this is it!
Less than 15 miles from I-65, but far enough away that the developers will not be bidding against you, this farm has 20 acres of bottom land on Bays Fork Creek and lots of other good, open land with a beautiful, high, and dry, home site . Water is supplied by Warren County Water district, but the farm does lie in Allen county.
The stock barn is in need of repair, the tobacco barn is in fair condition, and there is a smaller metal building in good repair. Bays Fork Creek runs throught he property.
If you remember the distinctive whistle of the Bob White Quail from your youth, you will be delighted that they seem to be abundant in this area.
The farm will sell in one tract, by deed.
The personal property consists of a large selection of glassware, including Fostoria and cut glass, green and pink glass, some very old dishes and platters(no chips or cracks observed in any clear or colored glassware); a few pieces of furniture, a hoosier cabinet, good quality bedroom suite, antique 3/4 bed, antique metal bed with decals on head and foot boards; older farm equipment; and much more. The personal property will sell immediately following the real estate.
