TERMS AND PAYMENT: The down payment on the real estate shall be 15% of the contract sales price for each tract in the form of cash or good check (with proper identification) or certified funds due at the conclusion of the auction. An online buyer must be pre-approved and will have until noon the next business day after the auction to complete the purchase contract and make down payment.
