Once you have registered, logged in, and read the terms and conditions, click the "view bids" tab. To bid, click on the Tract you are interested in. Then click "get price". This will show you what the next minimum bid must be. You can bid more. Click "place bid", agree to terms and conditions. You will get a bid confirmation. If you wish to bid on more that one tract, just click each one, then click get price, etc. Click on the Tract a second time to remove it from your search.
Required minimum bid increments are set as follows: $0 to $ 5,000-$500 increment; $5,000 to $25,000-$1,000 increment; $25,000 and up-$2,500 increment.

Terms and Down Payment: The down payment on the real estate shall be $2,500 per Tract in the form of cash or good check (with proper identification) or certified funds due at the conclusion of the auction. The closing shall be within 30 days. The property is sold without contingencies and subject to any valid easements. All property is sold “as is”.<br>

Taxes: Real Estate Taxes will be prorated between buyer and seller as of closing date. <br>

Deed: The purchaser shall receive a General Warranty Deed.<br>

Inspection: The real estate may be viewed prior to the auction date by appointment with Thomas R. Hunt Auctioneers, and will be available for inspection two hours before sale time on the day of the auction. Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property to their satisfaction as it will be sold “as is” with no warranties expressed or implied. <br>

Buyer Premium: A 10 percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid to determine the contract price on the real estate. <br>
